4.1. The creation of multiple accounts by a single user is expressly forbidden. Users are permitted to maintain only one account on the RBLXReaper platform. The establishment of additional accounts, whether for the purpose of circumventing account limitations or for any other reason, will result in the suspension or termination of all associated accounts.

5.1. Prior to initiating any withdrawal request, you are required to wager one hundred percent (100%) of your total balance, including any tips, bonuses, or other credits received. This requirement ensures that all balances are fully utilized before any request for withdrawal can be processed.

5.2. Refunds for balances are exceptionally rare and will be considered only under specific circumstances. If you encounter any issues related to your balance, you must submit a support ticket to RBLXReaper for review and resolution. 6.4. RBLXReaper reserves the right to modify the exchange rate of RBLXReaper Tokens at its sole discretion, without prior notification to users. Changes to the exchange rate will be applied immediately and will be reflected in your account balance and transactions.

7.1. RBLXReaper retains the right to implement Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures to verify your identity during any transaction process. Failure to provide the necessary documentation or to comply with KYC requirements may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account. No unsolicited third-party promotions, advertisements, or spamming. Respect all copyright, trademark, and intellectual property rights. No arrangements for real-world transactions or trades. 14.2. Violations of these rules may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your account, and may be subject to further legal action as deemed necessary.

By using the RBLXReaper platform, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RBLXReaper, its affiliates, and its officers, employees, managers, marketing managers, staff, moderators, administrators and agents from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your use of the Website or any breach of these Terms.

RBLXReaper shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses, arising from or related to your use of the Website or Services. 18.1. RBLXReaper reserves the right to assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms to any third party. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without the prior written consent of RBLXReaper.
